A. Give us a phone call first (925-382-4100). An initial meeting
would be set preferably at the proposed site, that way we
can discuss the work needed. If we can meet your expectations,
we'll draft a formal proposal and go forth with the project.

Will you any make suggestions on top of our needs?
A. We give our inputs and can also refer you to licensed architects.
Q.
Who takes care of the building permits, inspections and city
building issues?
A. We normally handle this but we can leave you the paperwork
filing if requested.

Do you work with subcontractors?
A. Yes, sometimes we’ll work with license/bonded subcontractors.

Describe the relationship with your clients?
A. We develop a very gracious and trusting relationship with
our clients, along with the quality of our workmanship the
results is numerous happy repeat clients for us.

What are the functions of a general contractor in a home building
or remodeling project?
A. The general contractor plays a vital part of a team that
includes designers, architects, engineers, and the client.
